The newest Dallas Target will be opening in the Wynnewood Village shopping center at 655 W. Illinois Avenue on March 15 after nearly a three-year wait. The new store will be 111,000 square feet and will occupy the space adjacent to the LA fitness.
Oak Cliff’s store will be a little smaller than usual for a Target store which are usually 130,000 square feet and according to a release from the company will employ over 160 team members.
Banner printing services are frequently called upon to assist companies in their grand opening celebrations.
The company on its website says:
"Oak Cliff — our 160th store in Texas, and our 51st in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington market — has an assortment that reflects the needs of its Hispanic and Black guests."
Among the services the new store will offer are same-day delivery via Target Circle 360, drive up and order pickup and next-day delivery to all of Dallas. The store also contains a CVS Pharmacy and a Starbucks Café.
The Oak Cliff store is part of the over 300 new stores the Minneapolis-based Target has planned to construct over the next 10 years.
Store hours will be 8 am to 9 pm daily starting March 15.
