Located on Love Field’s far eastern side, the Smithsonian-affiliated Frontiers of Flight has in the past had a snack counter but nothing in its 35 years as nice as the planned for Jetsetters.
A Wi-Fi-enabled meeting space for community groups and local corporate leaders will be available. According to Abigail Erickson-Torres, the president and CEO of the Frontiers of Flight Museum, Jetsetters will shine a light on the museum’s dual roles as local gathering place and diversion for travelers awaiting their flight from the airfield.
Banner printing services are particularly helpful in directing the public around large venues.
In a statement Erickson-Torres said:
"Jetsetters is a sophisticated, family and corporate friendly lounging space to enjoy a unique experience inside the Frontiers of Flight Museum. We’ve spent a year developing this concept — bringing together the best team, food and beverage options, merchandise, and stylish architecture designed to comfort the traveler, the aviator, veteran and international explorers and their families."
Jetsetters will be open for business April 29; the ribbon cutting ceremony, overseen by the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, taking place a day prior on Tuesday, April 28.
Hours of operation for Jetsetters will be 8:30 am – 2 pm weekdays, 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday and 1-5 pm on Sunday.
