According to Sam Sameni, One Entertainment’s founder, the new establishment will have an enclosed patio and will sport a relaxing atmosphere. Available at the Landmark will be cheap drinks, such as $4 Titos, frozen drinks, and beers from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, along with a free nacho bar.
Banner printing services are often employed well ahead of the opening of a new entry into the hospitality industry, so as to drum up excitement ahead of time.
In describing Landmark’s mission, Sameni said:
"We wanted to give people in the neighborhood a laid-back place to hang out and have fun."
One Entertainment Group is responsible for a number of food and drink concepts, among which are Playground Bar, Theory Nightclub, Texas Republic, The Yard, Cutie Pies Pizza, and Hot Chicks Chicken.
The 7,000-square-foot location will contain an arcade and backyard games, all topped off with a 130-square-foot TV screen. The pet-friendly Landmark will also have a dog-friendly patio and offer a special doggie food menu.
Expected to open before the end of this month, $1 drinks will be offered by Landmark during its opening week for those who sign up.
