Mangates will present Manager Management Training in Austin this fall, offering over two months of workshops.
The course helps to develop skills to empower teams of supervisors and managers. As leading is essential for successful operations, the leader must have a wide range of specific skills to guide effectively. This course provides the tools of knowledge to manage executives.
The course offers learning objectives including identifying important characteristics in effective leaders, time management, managing in a realistic environment, and developing engaging strategies and techniques.
