The Armadillo Christmas Bazaar in Austin will celebrate its 51st season when it opens next month.
The long-running arts and music festival is an Austin holiday tradition with a history that stems from its original location at the iconic Armadillo World Headquarters.
Now held at the 44,000 square foot Palmer Events Center, the 10-day bazaar hosts more than 200 artists and features multiple daily musical performances by local singers and bands from a variety of genres.
Among this year’s performers on the Armadillo stage will be award-winning artist Gina Chavez, blues guitarist Jackie Venson, local country-rock band Louisiana Surf Department and blues and boogie pianist Henri Herbert, who has played at sold-out shows around the world.
Pop-up galleries, shops and vendor booths will offer shoppers a wide range of unique holiday gifts from fine art to collectibles and stocking stuffers. Food and refreshments will be available, including a full bar.
Organizers of large-scale holiday events such as this often seek out printing services for the creation of their advertising and promotional materials.
The Armadillo Christmas Bazaar will be held at the Palmer Events Center in Austin from December 12 to 21, 2026 with variable hours each day. One-day admission tickets are $15 while a season pass costs $75. Children under 12 can attend for free. Tickets and further information are available on the event website.
