Five top Texas female winemakers will join together next month in Austin to discuss their craft and present the vintages that make them successful.
The Texas Tastemakers: Lonestar Ladies Wine Dinner event will feature the stories of the vintner's challenges and accomplishments from the vineyards and the cellars.
The lineup of ladies will include; Rae Wilson, founder and winemaker of La Valentia; Elisa Jones, owner and winemaker of Elisa Christopher Wines; Adrienne Bailou, winemaker and owner of Lightsome; Bénédicte Rhyne, owner and winemaker of Rhyne Wines; and Remi Gregory, winemaker and owner of The Burg Wine Co.
In addition, Michelin-starred Chef Ali Clem and other cooks from la Barbecue will provide the dining menu. Featured wines will be paired with each of five food courses, and the meal will also include Roe House caviar.
The Lone Star Ladies dinner is one of a number of special food and wine celebrations presented by Austin Wine Week, a group dedicated to promoting the more than 600 wineries in the state.
Organizations that promote industry events such as this often use poster printing as part of their advertising.
The Lone Star Ladies Wine Dinner will be held on April 30, 2026 at La Barbecue, 2401 E Caesar Chavez Street in Austin from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Tickets are $250 each and are available on the Austin Wine Week website.
