More than 50 of the country’s finest chefs will converge on Austin for the 15th annual Food and Wine Festival next month.
Ali Clem, Amanda Turner, Leila Bazahm, and Jakub Czyszczon are among the culinary experts from Austin who will join nationally recognized chefs including Esther Choi and Andrew Zimmerman in showcasing their talents.
The weekend festival starts with Made in Texas, a tailgate-type celebration of local foods. Hands-on Grilling is featured on day two as the attendees get the opportunity to cook over a charcoal grill and learn tips from television culinary host Tim Love.
The festival also features the Fire Pit, a live fire barbecue led by the pit masters. At Tips from the Tastemakers, the attendees can watch demonstrations and get advice for their own kitchens from the expert chefs. At the Sip and Savour event, ticketholders can sample a feast of small bites, as well as formal tastings of international wines, beers, and spirits to be paired and enjoyed beneath the Austin skyline.
Organizers of largescale events such as this often require printing services to create their advertising and promotional materials.
The Austin Food and Wine Festival will be held at Auditorium Shores from November 6 to 8. A full lineup of participating chefs and restaurants is available online. Single-day or full-event VIP tickets can be purchased from the event’s website.
