Full house awaits at Austin women's conference

It did not take long for the Texas Conference for Women to sell out. Tickets for the annual, day-long event went on sale on May 9, and by Monday May 14, all had been snapped up.

The high caliber keynote speakers probably had something to do with the rapid ticket sales. Just a few days before the tickets went on sale, it was announced that actor and producer Reese Witherspoon would be one of the event's keynote speakers.

Also scheduled to appear as a keynote speaker is Brené Brown, a researcher and author who focuses on topics such as shame, vulnerability, and courage. She is credited with the concept of "daring greatly," which was recently on full display in one of Witherspoon's films, ‘Wild’, where she played a woman who sets off on a solo, multi-day hike.

Conference organizers can use brochure printing to provide interested parties and ticket-holders with full details about the speakers and programs planned for the event.

In addition to the keynote speakers, the Texas Conference for Women will feature several break-out session speakers, including Tiffany Aliche (also known as the Budgetnista), Luvvie Ajayi (a comedian and the author of ‘I'm Judging You: The Do-Better Manual’), and Alison Green (creator of the ‘Ask a Manager’ blog).

Although tickets are currently not available for the conference, people can still sign up for a waiting list in case any become available later on.

The 19th annual conference will take place on November 9.
