Nonprofit Rodeo Austin will be presenting its annual fair and rodeo show event in March of this year. This event will take place at the Travis County Expo Center.
What was once merely a 16-animal show in 1938 has since expanded into a premier event for Austin. The annual 15-day Fair and Rodeo event features concerts, a carnival, a ProRodeo, and a livestock show. This event also funds much of Rodeo Austin's year-long charity donations and events.
This year, guests can listen to the music of such artists as Aaron Watson, Walk the Moon, Ryan Bringham, and Josh Ward. They can drink in the beer and wine garden and eat classic fair foods like corn dogs, turkey legs, and cotton candy. They can buy merchandise from vendors such as cowboy boots and furniture. There is also a dance hall and carnival.
