Rodeo Austin recently announced a new event called Bulls in the Ballpark, where two nights of rough and tough cowboys will challenge some enthusiastic bulls.
Taking place at Dell Diamond Stadium, the event is presented in partnership with Ryan Sanders Sports and Entertainment. The PRCA Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding brings 35 of the country’s top bull riders to the competition. Prize money of $20,000 is up for grabs. The emcee will be Wayne Brooks, and barrel man Justin Rumford will perform specialty acts during the evenings.
The Mutton Bustin’ event, specifically for young children, will take place each night. Cowgirls and cowboys test their skills as they attempt to hang onto a sheep for eight seconds.

The Bulls in the Ballpark will take place November 13 and 14. The stadium will open the gates at 6:00 pm and the action begins at 7:00 pm. The socially distant seating bowl has tickets available for purchase ranging from $20 up to $50, depending on location, plus applicable fees. Children under two years of age are free.
