Celebrating German culture, Austin will host Wurstfest. It will take place along the Comal River over a 10-day period.
The unique festival will explore the rich German culture through food, music, carnival rides, dancing, and games. Of course, beer is an important component of the festival to top off the authentic German food selections.
The entertainment will include bands specializing in Bavarian and Alpine styles of music. Food and beverages will be available throughout the festival grounds. Vendors will accept cash as well as event tickets.
Vendors can apply for booth space via the event website. They can also work with local Print shops to prepare for an attractive presentation. Banner printing can be to meet any specifications required. The Banners come in any size and color and can have graphics or content printed on them in bold font.
Wurstfest is a non-profit organization for the purpose of benefiting local commerce. Community projects are designed to raise funds for civic purposes.
The 2021 Wurstfest will take place November 5 through November 14. Ticket pricing starts at $18 for general admission advance purchase or $20 at the gate. Children 12 and younger are free. Free Wurstfest admission will be available on November 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 at designated time periods. The event will take place in Braunfels, a short drive from Austin, at 120 Landa Street.
