Austin airport to introduce three non-stop flights

People flying out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport will soon be able to reach three additional destinations with ease.

Over the course of the summer, the airport will be adding three non-stop flights.

Airports that are adding services can use Print shops to get the word out and to promote the new flights to travelers.

The first flight to be added is on Vacation Express, which began flying to Punta Cana non-stop on Monday, June 4.

Outbound flights to Punta Cana will leave on Mondays at 9:30 am once a week. The flights should arrive at their destination at 2:55 pm. Return flights to Austin leave on Sundays at 1:00 pm and arrive at 4:50 pm.

According to the vice president of sales and marketing for Vacation Express, the airline is the first to offer travelers in Austin nonstop flights to Punta Cana.

In addition to the new flight on Vacation Express, Frontier Airlines is set to introduce two nonstop flights in August. The airline will be flying from Austin to Orange County, California and from Austin to Louisville, Kentucky.
