Natural Grocers recently opened a store in Tigard, selling natural and organic groceries at affordable prices.
This is the chain’s 12th store in Oregon, specializing in 100% free-range eggs; groceries with no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners; and meat with no hormones, antibiotics, or other growth hormones.
There is also a selection of products from the local area as well as national brands that are sold in a small, neighborhood market environment. There will also be a Nutritional Health Coach and free nutrition classes that will be open to the public at the Tigard store, which is open from Monday to Friday every week.
The store also has a special rewards program where customers can receive coupons, promotional pricing, and special discounts. Promotional Products can be used for such programs to advertise their benefits for customers.
Several other promotional activities took place on opening day. Gift cards were given out to nine customers in amounts ranging from $10 to $100 per week for six months. A free cooler bag from Natural Grocers containing a limited-edition Natural Grocers kitchen set, $40 in free groceries, and a recipe for a healthy breakfast was given out to the first 100 customers. Finally, there were several vendor demonstrations in the store throughout the day along with an ice-cream social in the late afternoon.
