The new location will be on a property spanning 2.5 acres that was once the home of West Side Moving & Storage. The building itself spans 33.600 square feet which is close to 3,000 square feet larger than its current location. Their next-door neighbor is Fought & Co., which engineers and designs complex building structures.
Stationery printers are often called upon when headquarters move to new locations as Letterheads, Business Cards, and other corporate materials need to be printed.
The company operates as a wholesaler, and sells tile, flooring, countertops, and cabinetry to interior designers, building contractors, tilers, and other trade professionals, as well as to their clients. CFM also works with trade specialists and building owners. CFM has a staff of 210 employees, many of whom have an average of 17 years of experience in the industry and have been with the company for eight years; some employees have a 30-year track record with the company. CFM is under its third generation of family ownership.
Garrett Anderson, director of marketing for the chain, said that moving into this new building will enable the company to:
“control its destiny from a position of ownership.”
Anderson himself has worked for company for about 18 years. He expects that the company, which has 20 showrooms, will increase the number of its employees with the move to the new location.
