Brandefined, a business located in Beaverton near Tigard, was among the businesses chosen by the Oregonian to represent the top workplaces in the state.
Ron Way and Michael Clancy, owners of the business, said in a statement that this award was the most important that they had received. Top Workplaces are compiled based on feedback received directly from employees. The employee survey, conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, is part of a program that studies the Top Workplaces in partnership with 40 publishing partners across the U.S. More than 5,000 United States organizations have used Workplace Dymanics’ services to better understand their employees concerns. WorkplaceDynamics also offers training, tools, and solutions to assist its clients in improving their workplaces once the surveys are in.
Brandefined received its highest scores in categories connected to how management interacts with staff. According to a press release, one employee appreciated the way managers were positive and dedicated to helping the staff succeed.
Brandefined also rated well for trainings offered, with employee comments indicating that they felt that the company was truly invested in the success of both clients and employees. Employees also commented on family-friendly scheduling, chances to advance, and livable wages.
