The Practice of Health Workshop will be held next month at Kaiser Permanente, Beaverton Medical Clinic in Beaverton.
Residents of Tigard will want to attend this daylong workshop which is based on the Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) of George Leonard and Michael Murphy, who are co-founders of the Esalen Institute. It is designed to create a pathway for making long-lasting, positive changes in one’s life and entire being.
Workshops such as this one are often advertised and promoted throughout an area with flyer printing.
Pam Kramer and Larry Jacobson will be presenting the workshop. Using the concepts of ITP, they will help people to learn how to experience vitality, optimal health, and balance in their lives. Highlights of the workshop will include:
• deep relaxation and mindful movements to allow time for personal reflection
• creation of an ITP community that will provide more energy and improve health
• connections with others who are looking for positive change and healthy growth
• positive affirmations to move with the natural flow of life
Pam Kramer is the international president of ITP and faculty member of the Esalen Institute. Larry Jacobson has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including administration, program development, and counseling.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, January 11 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Cost for the workshop is $45.
