The Pinnacle Product Award for Media—Adhesive Back for 2021 from the PRINTING United Alliance has been awarded to Mactac of Stow for its IMAGin Simply Sustainable Crystal Cling product.
The competition for the Pinnacle Product Award evaluates products that are available for sale in 2022, or will be before the year is over. There were over 160 entries for this award in more than 58 categories that included digital, analog, non-output, and output technologies. The entries were judged by a panel of experts from the printing industry.
Marketing Communications Manager for Mactac, Amanda Smith, said in a press release that although IMAGin Simply Sustainable Crystal Cling is primarily for use on glass or window surfaces, it can be used for many other applications. Smith said that it is made with a distinctive polymer technology that offers various benefits over conventional static-cling products or similar products based on polyvinyl chloride. Smith expressed her pleasure at the success of the product and described it as “an honor” to be selected for this award by the judges of PRINTING United.
Announcements of such awards often enable the winning company and product to receive a special Logo Design with more information about their products.
