The Licking County Chamber will hold a new event in Newark to teach small businesses important topics.
The 1st Annual Small Business Cultivator Program is an event held at the Central Ohio Technical College for business owners and leaders. There will be four breakout sessions that people may attend during the conference, including Strengthen Your Roots Through Partnerships, Nurture Your Business Culture, and Growth Through Care. Guests can also participate in an interactive wrap-up session where audience members can share their successful business strategies.
As one of Ohio's oldest business-related organizations, the Chamber’s mission is to support its members' businesses and advance the state's economic wellbeing. The Chamber coordinates several events each year, such as the Manufacturing Day Celebration, Local Leaders Breakfast, and YLLC Putt Putt Tournament. Those who plan activities like these can use flyer printing to increase local awareness of the events.
The conference for new businesses will take place on Wednesday, June 1 from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Tickets to join the Chamber's event will cost attendees $25. The activity will be held in the Reese Center at the technical college. Guests may only attend two out of the four breakout sessions held during the program. Sponsorships are available for stores interested in supporting the Chamber's event and having their logos featured on the program's website.
