The store, located at 32 N. Third Street, is owned by Maritza Chessher and overseen by her son, Tomy Bojangin, who is a 2009 graduate of Granville High School. Bojangin serves as CEO of the boutique while his mother focuses on locating and purchasing high-end fashion merchandise for the boutique. A third employee, Maryann Griffin, serves as the store manager.
New businesses opening in Newark may choose to use local printing companies and brochure printers to provide a variety of printing services. Typically, a new business will find itself in need of business card printing and Stationery printing to establish itself in the area. Additionally, banner printing and flyer printing may be used for grand openings or to promote the business within the community.
According to Bojangin, Chessher, who has extensive experience in jewelry and clothing design, is able to utilize her expertise to locate deals from such well-known and established designers as Gucci, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, as well as others. Once the inventory arrives at the Glamour Boutique, it is marked down and offered to customers at a fraction of its retail value. As an example, an Italian suit with an original retail value of $1,000 can be marked down to only $100 or $200.
Glamour Boutique refers to itself as a new concept boutique. The store caters to men and women and offers new and used consignment clothing and fashion items. Bojangin said:
"There are consignment stores here, but nothing like what we offer."
Inventory at the boutique includes swimwear, casual and formal wear, accessories and footwear. Jewelry will also be offered in the future.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
