Those here in West Columbus looking for a wild Halloween experience can attend the High Spirits Art + Music Festival coming in mid-October.
Three stages will be featuring more than 30 regional and local talented performers such as Seven Year Witch, Danny Blu, and The Lonely Ones with headliners Call Me Karizma and Beauty School Dropout.
The downtown venue will also have roaming haunt and circus performers, DJs, games, and a spooky marketplace. It will be dotted with alternative macabre art installations, access to a pop-up skate zone with graffiti-stye murals, and haunted attractions.
Attendees may display their creativity by wearing costumes that display their Forms of self-expression. These could include gothic glam, punk couture, and retro-futuristic mashups.
Many people who make their own Halloween costumes often have pictures taken with them wearing their creations. They may take these pictures to local Print shops for duplicates for relatives and potential clients.
General admission will be $82.20, or $116.74 for VIP tickets. Tickets with re-entry access will cost more.
An Afterlife After Party will be offered from 10:00 pm to 2:30 am and held at the Kee, 225 Neilson Street.
The High Spirits Art + Music Festival will take place on Saturday, October 18 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, at Downtown Columbus's Warehouse District on 4th and Spring Streets.
