Many West Columbus residents interested in women's wellness may want to attend a Women's Wellness and Self-Care Expo coming in late January.
Mount Carmel Health System will be presenting the expo to encourage local women to get passionate about wellness, personal growth and self-care. The expo will hold engaging speaker sessions where mental wellness, personal development, financial wellbeing and holistic health top experts will give tools and actionable insights to aid women in their self-improvement goals.
A carefully curated selection of vendors will be in the Marketplace offering wellness supplements and organic skincare to mindfulness tools and financial advice.

Interactive workshops presented by 25 of the area's experts will be covering topics such as balanced living, meditation, and yoga. Other topics will include spiritual alignment, menopause, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, self-care strategies and emotional and mental well-being.
The venue will be divided into four tracks - Mind, Body and Wellness; Physical Health; Beauty, Style and Self-Care and Purpose and Personal development.
The Diva Movement will be offering mobile mammography screenings and Purple Star Photography will be giving out free high=quality headshots.
The expo will take place at the Ohio History Center, 800 E. 17th Avenue, Columbus Saturday, January 31st from noon to 5:00 pm. Admission will be $10.
