The sights and tastes of autumn will be celebrated this September in Smithtown at the German Fall Festival, which will take place at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church this year.
The fall festival is held every year to mark the changing of the seasons and to bring the community together in merry Oktoberfest festivities. The festival will feature a wide range of activities that will appeal to the whole family.
Attendees will be able to enjoy traditional German cuisine such as bratwurst, schnitzel, rouladen, sauerkraut, and pretzels. There will also be live music featuring both traditional German music and local bands. Artisans and local vendors will have booths set up for guests to peruse their wares. For the children, there will be bounce houses, games, and other seasonal treats.
Fall festivals like this are often held at an outside venue and are typically decorated with sprawling Banners that highlight the purpose and theme of the event. To Print them, event organizers may decide to seek out local Print shops specializing in banner printing services and discounts offered to local organizers.
The German Fall Festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 20, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church can be found at 30 Brooksite Drive in Smithtown. There is no cost to attend.
