Next weekend, the Smithtown Historical Society will hold the Smithtown Village Fall Craft Fair for the local community to come out and enjoy the handmade crafts and goods made by local small businesses and artisans.
The Smithtown Historical Society is a nonprofit organization with an emphasis on historical preservation and restoration of important locations, buildings, and cultural traditions of the Town of Smithtown and Long Island as a whole. The historical society offers enrichment programs, educational events, and community events to the public.
The fair will be held over the course of two days and will charge no admission fee. There will also be free parking for attendees. At the event, guests can enjoy perusing the booths of many small business owners and artisans selling fall-centered crafts, goods, and retail items. There will also be plenty of live entertainment for all ages, and local food trucks will also be set up around the grounds.

The fair is scheduled for October 2 and 3, next Friday and Saturday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. Smithtown Historical Society is located at 211 East Main Street.
