Kings Park Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) is about to hold its Fall Fundraiser to raise money for the organization's mission of supporting the special education community in Smithtown.
Kings Park SEPTA is an organization comprising educators, parents, and advocates who work together to support students with disabilities and their families. SEPTA offers support to connect families with resources and information, and it provides workshops and learning opportunities for both educators and families. One of its goals is to bring schools, families, and the community together for the benefit of the students.
One of these efforts is the Fall Fundraiser, which will take place at Napper Tandy's Irish Pub and will feature plenty of local food, drinks, and music. There will also be raffles and gift basket giveaways, with raffle tickets sold separately from admission. One raffle sheet contains 25 tickets plus one door prize ticket for $20, while three sheets contain 75 tickets plus three door prize tickets for $50.
Community fundraisers that feature raffles and door prizes may work with local businesses wishing to donate Promotional Products for the giveaways in exchange for free advertising.
The Kings Park SEPTA Fall Fundraiser is scheduled for next Wednesday, November 4 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Napper Tandy's is located at 15 East Main Street, Smithtown. Admission tickets are $65.
