The 2026 Annual Gatsby Awards Ceremony will be held in Smithtown this March to recognize exceptional professionals in the real estate industry as well as raise money for a good cause.
The Gatsby Awards are presented by Main St. Success, a real estate school in Smithtown. The school is staffed by real estate professionals who are leaders in their fields and are still actively practicing. Services and programs offered include pre-licensing, exam prep, continuing education, upgrading licensing, and career development.
The Gatsby Awards are held to celebrate and highlight exceptional professionals in the real estate industry. The gala is also a fundraising event for a different local nonprofit each year. This year’s charity is Angela’s House, 501(c)(3) organization that helps medically fragile or chronically ill children and their families.
The gala will feature a reception and cocktail hour with an open bar. There will also be live entertainment and dancing, along with dessert to cap the night off. A silent auction will take place, with all proceeds donated to Angela’s House.

The gala is slated for March 10 from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm. It will be held at Watermill Caterers located at 711 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown.
