Next month, the Heritage County Fair 2026 will be held in Smithtown to celebrate the town's historical past and shared heritage with a day filled with learning, interactive demonstrations, games, and more.
The fair will be held and organized by the Smithtown Historical Society, a nonprofit historical organization that is responsible for preserving and promoting the history, historical buildings and grounds, and prominent landmarks of Smithtown and the larger Long Island area. The Heritage County Fair is one such example of the society's effort to provide the community with enrichment activities related to heritage and culture.
The event will feature tours of the Smithtown Historical Society's properties, along with historical reenactments. There will also be antique cars on display for attendees to admire.
