Next month, the annual Smithtown Summer Craft Fair will be held at the Smithtown Village Historical Society to showcase the local artisans, makers, and vendors that make the town the unique place it is today.
The Smithtown Historical Society is a historical preservation organization that oversees the work of preserving and promoting the history and legacy of Long Island, including historical buildings, grounds, and other historic sites. The society grounds feature a museum, historical village, and grounds that are home to farm animals. On the Village grounds is where the fair in July will take place.
The fair will invite over 100 craft and gift vendors to set up booths with their various wares for visitors to peruse. Items such as handmade jewelry, art, boutique clothes, home decor, and other unique gifts and trinkets will be available for purchase. There will also be live music and entertainment, and local food trucks. Families may enjoy visiting the society’s farm animals as well.
To stir up interest in events like this, event organizers may find the need to seek out flyer printing services of local Print shops to help them print Flyers in bulk to hand out in the community.
The Smithtown Summer Craft Fair is scheduled for July 11 and 12 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be held at 211 East Main Street, Smithtown.
