The State University of New York (SUNY) Financial Aid Days have been scheduled throughout many cities in New York, including Farmingdale. The program provides service to prospective college students, along with their families.
A total of 46 programs are available, with many campuses providing hands-on experience and assistance for applicants. Questions and answers can readily be handled at these events regarding aid types available, as well as the award process. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required for financial aid including state assistance. Some campuses offer online application.
Catalog printing is a viable method of listing all of the programs available. The catalog can include financial aid information, locations for registration and application, organizational contacts, and other pertinent details. A local Print company can help out here.
After pre-registering for a program, the host site will distribute a confirmation message which will include program details including parking instructions.
The program will take place at the Farmingdale State College this Saturday, February 28, beginning at 9:00 am. Refreshments will be available in Gleeson Hall Lobby and the first presentation will take place in Gleeson Hall 104 at 9:15 am.
The FAFSA workshop for completion is scheduled in the Lupton Hall, Rooms 161 and 165. A campus tour is option at 11:15 am.
