Grand opening held for new restaurant

An opening event was recently held for Farmingdale’s newest restaurant, Uncle Tony’s. The restaurant is located at the former Cascarino’s site.

The grand opening was attended by many, including the city’s emergency services personnel who were treated to food tastings and complimentary drinks. Live music was played and guests were treated to raffles and giveaways.

The restaurant’s Logo Design, a chef with a ladle, invites those with a hearty appetite to come in to enjoy a diverse menu featuring Italian appetizers, seafood, sandwiches, and pizza. The servings provide generous portions and are served in a family-style tradition.

Uncle Tony’s provides a ‘Sunday Sauce, Pot-to-Go’ which includes the pot to keep for those who purchase the sauce. The sauce serves three to five people and offers three options, homemade sauces with meatballs and sausage, and vodka sauce with chicken over pasta.

The restaurant has several different events throughout the year and offers live entertainment on some weekend nights. For lighter appetites, the restaurant provides a full list of appetizers. During the warmer summer months, it has outdoor seating, and delivery is also available.

The restaurant is located at 320 Main St, and will be open seven days a week with operating hours on Friday and Saturday of 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. On all other days it closes at 10:00 pm.
