The Nassau County Council on Aging is hosting its 19th annual fundraising gala this January.
The gala will begin with a cocktail hour with an open bar. Dinner will be served at 7 pm. There will also be a silent auction and dancing, and Bold City Classics Band will perform. Proceeds from the event will support the Nassau County Council on Aging. This is a nonprofit that provides a variety of services for seniors, including residents of Farmingdale and other towns throughout the county. Programs include home healthcare services, a senior center and transit and paratransit options for seniors. The Janice Ancrum Senior Life Center hosts social activities, health screenings and other programs for those 60 and older.
Tickets are available now and cost $250. Groups can also purchase a full table for 10 for $2500. The dress code is cocktail attire, and the venue provides complimentary valet parking. Attendees are encouraged to sign up on the mobile platform Qtego, where they can check in for the gala before arriving and browse silent auction items.
Businesses interested in sponsoring the event can contact the organizers to discuss pricing and packages. Organizations often use Graphic Design Services to create marketing materials that recognize their sponsors.
The 19th Annual Celebrating Our Seniors event will take place on Saturday, January 19 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.
