Sara Petal will be giving an online presentation for the Farmingdale Public Library this December to inform people about using food to help with memory.
Foods that Boost Memory is an online program that guests can join to discover how nutrition and memory are connected. Petal will be discussing how memory loss works by defining the condition and detailing what happens to those who experience the issue. She will also go over various exercises people can use to help their memory. Instructors who offer virtual classes like this can use poster printing for advertising the activity in local libraries.
Petal is an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness Life Coach and is also the CEO and founder of Living Life Sara. Petal’s coaching sessions can assist attendees with their personal growth while offering information on topics such as healthy grocery shopping and experiencing relaxation. She also works as a public speaker who uses interactive sessions to teach people about holistic approaches to nutrition and health.
The online presentation will be held on Wednesday, December 9 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Registration for the program will open on Monday, November 30. Those who register for the activity will receive an email that contains the link to the Zoom call. There is no cost to register for the lesson.
