A special performer will be coming to the Farmingdale Public Library in July to educate children about the wonders of balloons.
Nick the Balloonatic will be hosting several shows at the library to share interesting balloon facts with families. The performance will go over the history and science behind balloons. If time permits, Nick may even hold a Q&A session with the audience. He will also be raffling 20 large character balloons at the show. A limit of two adults per family can attend the activity. All groups will need to bring a blanket to sit on for the outside presentation.
A performer with over 30 years of experience around the world, Nick is an award-winning balloon artist who can create hats, animals, and characters at incredible speeds. He also hosts lectures on the impact balloons have on the daily lives of people, and covers subjects like math, geography, and art. Such entertainers can make unique Business Cards to connect with their target clientele.
The Balloonatic will perform on Tuesday, July 20 at 7:00 pm and on Wednesday, July 21 and Monday, July 26 at 2:00 pm. All viewers are required to register for the show and can only choose one performance to attend. Online registration for Nick’s program will open to the public on July 6 at 10:00 am.
