Beer drinkers can join the Academy Sports Complex in Farmingdale this October as they celebrate the Long Island Fall Beer Festival.
The Long Island Fall Beer Festival is an event that allows folks to indulge in unlimited samples of beers produced by local breweries. The breweries participating in the festival include Jamesport Farm Brewing, Barnshed Brewing, and the Oyster Bay Brewing Company.
Live music will also be played during the festival, while guests can participate in giant lawn games provided by the Smash Ping Pong League. This year, the organizers have expanded the event to include a family-friendly kid zone that will feature face painting, carnival games, and bounce houses.
Those who attend the event can browse booths ran by crafts vendors while trying meals from different food trucks. Companies that choose to attend festivals such as this can use business card printing to provide guests with links to their website and the address to their main building.
The Long Island Fall Beer Festival will be held on October 19 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Tickets for people who want to sample beer will cost $55, while admission for designated drivers can be bought for $20. Tasting tickets will include a souvenir beer glass, while designated drivers will receive a bottle of water and a $5 food truck voucher.
