Business professionals are invited to attend a networking opportunity this February at Charlotte's Speakeasy in Farmingdale.
Long Island Speed Networking allows people to establish multiple new connections within a few hours. The event caters to a variety of accomplished professionals and has been used by people in the entertainment, finance, and real estate industries. Those who attend the networking session will be given a card that lets them mark down which professionals at the event they are interested in turning into a future contact.
People who participate in the gathering will meet with the other guests for five to six minutes at a time, allowing for constant interactions with new potential connections. Attendees are encouraged to bring their Business Cards to the event to provide their newfound contacts with email addresses and phone numbers. After the speed networking session is completed, guests have the option of staying at the venue to mingle with other professionals.
The Long Island Speed Networking event will be held on Wednesday, February 5 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets to the session will cost $26.95 per person, though those who pay before January 29 can receive a reduced price instead. There will be an identical speed networking event held on February 20 at Revel Restaurant in Garden City, New York for those unable to attend the gathering earlier in the month.
