Options for Community Living, Inc. will be hosting a charity gala in April at the Heritage Club at Bethpage in Farmingdale.
The Options for Community Living, Inc. 40th Anniversary Gala is a themed event where patrons can experience an entertaining evening while assisting those living with mental illnesses and other health conditions. This year, the celebration will honor the senior vice president of Mutual of America, Brian Rooney, and the community affairs project manager of Newsday, Dale Cole. Chris Dare, an illusionist, will be performing during the gala. Cocktails will be served before dinner, and guests may participate in raffles.
Options for Community Living, Inc. is a non-profit agency that provides services such as care coordination and housing for people who have a mental illness or other chronic health issues. The goal of the group is to find stability for those who use their services and build productive lives. The organization currently serves more than 2,400 people and manages over 160 housing facilities. Agencies such as this may use printing services to make Brochures that describe their programs to others.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 28 and will begin at 6:30 pm. Individual tickets will cost guests $200, and those who want a table for 10 must pay $1,800. Sponsorship packages for the gala start at $250.
