Everyone is invited to don their costumes and join the march down Main Street to the Village Green.
The center of Farmingdale will be overrun by all manner of characters. The annual Halloween Parade is designed to be fun for people of all ages. The parade lines up and begins at the Northside school, travels down Main Street and finishes up at the Village Green. In addition, there are numerous kids' activities planned at the Village Green following the end of the parade.
Pony rides, a petting zoo, and face painting are just some of the exciting events taking place. There will also be a costume contest that all ages are welcome to enter. Local business owners will want to take part in the event by decorating their shops and themselves in their most ghoulish gear. The town is encouraging all attendees to shop locally during the event, so they should be ready for the crowds with Halloween Promotional Products, Posters and more.
The lineup for the parade begins at 12:45 pm and departs from the school at 1:00 pm on October 29. There is no admission charge to view the parade or take part in the activities at the Village Green.
