Farmingdale chef to organize cooking demonstration

Chef Eric Levine will be hosting a cooking course in December at 317 Main Street in Farmingdale.

Small Bites Big Flavor is a culinary experience presented by Chef Levine where guests will learn how to cook impactful menu items for their parties. Several dishes will be prepared during the lesson, including a crab and corn dip, charcuterie board, roasted winter vegetables, and smoked salmon spoon. Students can even try four cocktail sips paired with the menu. Desserts such as lemon berry mint cups will be served at the demonstration as well.

A restaurant and event venue, 317 Main Street hosts several activities throughout the year, including Freestyle Music Bingo, a Thanksgiving cooking course, and comedy shows. Many performers hold concerts at the location, like Gold Dust Woman and Lovesong. Guests can also reserve a private Chef’s Table Experience where Chef Levine will prepare a customized menu with his team and interact with the diners. Businesses offering special activities like these can work with Print shops to make unique ads for the programs.

The culinary class will be held on Monday, December 13 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Those interested in joining Chef Levine at the demonstration can pay $70.74 per adult. No children’s tickets will be sold for the program. Guests will also need to pay a fee of $4.53.
