Chef Eric LeVine will host a course in October on how to prepare a unique menu for Thanksgiving at 317 Main Street in Farmingdale.
The Twisted Thanksgiving Cooking Class is an experience where people can learn how to cook from a professional chef while tasting four cocktails. LeVine will prepare several dishes during the event, such as caramelized root vegetables, maple-mustard turkey, and golden beets with smoked trout. The chef will make mini upside-down cakes with blackcurrant jam and pear for dessert. Only those 21 and up may attend LeVine’s cooking class.
Eric LeVine is an accomplished chef who has worked at numerous restaurants, including The River Café, Morris Tap and Grill, and Mr. Crabby’s Craft Kitchen & Bar. He has trained with experienced chefs such as Jean Louis, Giovanni Brunello, and Lee Ho.
