The 3rd annual Freeport Blues and Jazz Festival is being held in Nassau County next month, presented by the Long Island Blues Relief Fund and the Village of Freeport.
Approximately 50,000 people visit this festival annually from Long Island communities such as Farmingdale, and local Print companies are often asked to provide Flyers to help advertise events such as these. There is also an official poster that is distributed throughout the area to help spread the word.
There will be daylong musical entertainment from artists such as The Poor Boys, Lex Grey and the Urban Pioneers, and Two Finger Jake.
There will also be a number of vendors set up along Nautical Mile that will be selling arts and crafts, general merchandise, and festival souvenirs. Vendor spaces are still available until June 1; fees for a 10 x 10-foot booth are $175 for Freeport residents and $200 for nonresidents.
Organizers are also looking for volunteers to help with the smooth running of the festival, and for sponsors to give from $5 up to $5,000 to help the Relief Fund.
