The Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company (WNMTC) will step back in time for a special show that will present memories from its 35 years of bi-annual Broadway-inspired performances.
Celebrate the Magic will be a compilation of moments from the company’s biggest shows, including Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia and others.
Many of the original cast members are returning to their roles for this noteworthy presentation.
As one of the biggest theater companies in the state, WNMTC draws talent from northern Nevada as well as California. It is critically acclaimed and has seen as many as 7,200 patrons from the US and Canada attend a single production.
WNMTC musicals are presented at the 550-seat Carson City Community Center twice a year, in May and November.
Celebrate the Magic is an additional show for 2025 being held for one weekend only in February.
Patrons can save by purchasing a spring ticket package that also includes the company's May presentation of The Sound of Music.
Celebrate the Magic will be in the Carson City theatre for three performances between February 21 and 22. There will be evening shows at 7:30 pm on both days and a matinée performance at 2 pm on the 22.
