Booze, Locomotives, and Mediaeval Games in Carson City

The 2nd staging of Battle, Axe, and Tracks will be a two-day event in October.

Battle, Axe, and Tracks is a weekend event that features live music from local bands, food trucks, bars, axe throwing, and trains. Those interested in attending will see performances from 16 musicians, such as Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Samantha Fish, Jimmie Vaughan, Robert Randolph Band, Sue Foley, Los Coast, Ally Venable, King Solomon Hicks, Robert Jon and the Wreck, and many more. Attendees will also get a free day pass on Carson City’s historic trains.

Food trucks will serve a variety of local cuisine and the bars will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Tickets start at $99 for one day and $179 for both days. VIP tickets cost $450 and include a meet and greet with select performers in the VIP lounge, designated restrooms, personal axe throwing lanes, festival T-shirt and poster, separate entrance, four drink tickets, complimentary Wi-Fi, parking passes, hotel discounts, and free entry into the Wilbur D. May Museum.
