Rhyne Court, a new community of townhomes, is now open in Gastonia.

The project was developed by Texas- based LGI Homes and includes 130 townhomes with a variety of floor plans. One of the plans has two bedrooms and features double primary suites with a covered patio and porch. Other plans offer an additional bedroom, a finished basement, an open deck off the kitchen, and an attached garage. The last plan has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a guest suite on the main level, and is an end unit.

The maintenance of the exterior and lawn care, as well as caring for the roof, is handled by the homeowner’s association. Additional amenities include a community firepit and welcoming streetscapes, with major retailers and employers close by.

Rhyne Court is within easy access of the Schiele Museum of Natural History, CaroMont Health Park, and Crowders Mountain State Park. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is also close by, due to the proximity of Interstate 85.
