Prime Gastonia will have 138 units. Eight different floor plans will be offered with options for either one or two bedrooms. The vice president of marketing for Prime, Kaleigh Petree, said that the apartments will range in size from 517 sq ft to about 1,100 sq ft. She added that the goal of prime is to offer rates that are more affordable than others of an independent nature. She said:
“We have the same amenities as one [community] that was built with the same prices as a Ritz Carlton, whereas we’re priced more like a Hilton.”
A major focus of Prime Gastonia will be the cuisine as Petree said that many of the members of the team have a culinary background. There will be a main dining room, a bistro for coffee and ice cream, and dining in an outdoor courtyard.
Among the amenities to be offered at Prime Gastonia are a putting green with 18 holes, aquatic treadmill and therapy pool, theater room, billiards room, fitness center, pickleball court, computer lounge and library.
