Qualified companies are invited by the city of Gastonia o submit proposals for the operation, management, and promotion of CaroMont Health Park.
Located in the Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment District, this multi-purpose stadium can gold about 5,00 people for sporting events and close to 8,000 people for concerts. It also has a Premium Level event space spanning 5,000 square feet that overlooks the field.
A company with expertise and experience to manage and support the facility and its operations is being sought through the Request for Proposals (RFP)/ Specially, the RFP is looking for a company that can execute the following:
• Financial management that includes responsibility for a monthly budget
• Maintenance of the facility
• Marketing to carry out promotional activities related to events at the facility
• Booking and scheduling events throughout the year and informing the community of guidelines and booking policies for events
• Public relations in terms of developing and maintaining positive relationships with surrounding business communities and civic organizations and integrating into the community.
• Other responsibilities related to the operation of the facility.
