The first emergency care location in York County of CaroMont Health, a healthcare provider based in Gastonia, is now open.
This new clinic is in the Village Harbor shopping center which also houses CaroMount heart and vascular, neurology, and family medicine practices. Ryan Campbell, company vice president, said that a highly specific need is addressed by urgent care, which does not require an appointment and is typically offered outside of business hours.
The clinic covers 6,200 square feet and has onsite X-ray and lab testing, as well as eight examination rooms. Reservations can be made online and walk-ins are also accepted. The clinic is opened from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm with check-in also available online.
Campbell added that the medical team at the new facility was selected for its particular expertise and commitment to providing the best care possible for patients. He said that this new location will help to ensure exceptional care is available to the community when they need it most. Such new clinics often create Flyers and other materials created by local Print shops with more information about their healthcare workers and the services being offered.
CaroMont Health was founded in 1946 and has operations in five counties in both North and South Carolina. Its main facility in Gastonia is the CaroMont Regional Medical Center with 435 beds.
