AquaWave Express Car Wash in Belmont on Wilkinson Boulevard is offering a unique attraction for Halloween.
Residents of Gastonia will want to not only get their cars washed, but enjoy this chilling experience at the same time. Banner printing can be used in the area to promote and advertise a unique attraction like this.
David Warlick, owner of AquaWave and a fanatic of Halloween, had first tried the attraction four years ago soon after he opened the car wash. He was looking to offer a safe and affordable Halloween attraction in the area. At the time, it was the only one in the world, Warlick said. He put the concept on hold to focus on his new business until other car wash businesses began implementing his idea.
Called the Tunnel of Terror, the attraction has a cost of $22. For this price, customers get a wax and shine, buff and dry, paint sealant, and a scary good time. There are flashing lights, fog, and up to 10 people dressed in costumes, comparable to the quality found in Hollywood based on Warlickâs favorite Halloween films. Warlick said that everyone has a mask and costume, and there are also two or three additional scary items on the lot. In addition, the lot features two big tables with candy and Bags of goodies for the kids.
The Tunnel of Terror is open Thursday through Sunday from 7:00 pm to midnight, continuing throughout October until Halloween.
