Next month, Northern Lakes Coin & Currency Club will arrive in Grand Rapids to host the 16th Annual Fall Coin & Currency Show should any local coin collectors or enthusiasts be interested in attending.
The coin show will be open and free to collectors and non-collectors, thereby welcoming even those who don’t have any coins to trade or collect but are interested in the hobby. In previous years there have been over 30 dealer tables to peruse, and this year should be the similar or boast even more.
At the show, attendees will be able to buy and sell various currencies, coins, agates, tokens, and collecting supplies. This includes Canadian coins and other foreign coins, mint sets, proof sets, bullion, and more. Vendors will also offer free appraisals of up to two items. Organizers also recommend that attendees bring their scrap gold and old jewelry to sell. Various door prizes will also be available to win throughout the event.

The coin show is slated for September 6, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It will be held at Timberlake Lodge, located at 144 SE 17th Street, Grand Rapids.
