This January, Schuler Books in Grand Rapids will host the author event Of Course It’s Good! with Jessica Secrest, a popular TikTok home chef whose no-frills recipes have inspired ordinary families.
Jessica Secrest is a popular homechef on the social media platform TikTok who rose to prominence with her signature style of affordable ingredients, approachable cooking methods, and sharp humor. Everyday families struggling to juggle work, kids, and domestic responsibilities have found solace and inspiration in Jessica’s quick, easy, and flavorful recipes. Of Course It’s Good! will be Jessica’s debut cookbook and has been highly anticipated by her fans.
The author event will feature Jessica herself discussing her book and demoing some of the recipes. Recipes in the book include Taco Potato Tot Casserole, The BEST Baked Mac and Cheese, Cowboy BBQ Burgers, Egg Roll in a Bowl, and many more. Past book purchase is not necessary to attend, as there will be books to purchase and get signed during the event.
