Fall is coming, and with it, so too is a new art exhibition for the people of Maryland.
Called ‘Finding a New Path’, the exhibition is being held at the John & Cathy Belcher Campus at 90 Ritchie Highway. This building was chosen because its art gallery is set up so that the work is displayed all over the administrative building.
Some of the artists on show include Ward Anderson, Jason Vaughn, c. l. bigelow, Will Scott, David Diaz, and Bob Peterson. The artwork on display is for sale and a portion of the money will be donated to charity. Quality artwork can make for a great corporate gift.
The artwork on display is representative of how life always changes and people are always making new discoveries. Art lovers from all over Maryland and nearby towns such as Crofton are encouraged to visit the exhibit while they can. It will only be on display for a limited time. Viewers can register for a special docent-led tour being held next Wednesday, October 9, or put their name down for a private tour by sending an email to rlittle@hospicechesapeak.org, or calling 443-837-1512.
The Maryland Federation of Art and the Hospice of Chesapeake formed this partnership and hosts such exhibitions with the aim of creating a harmonious workspace for caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff alike.
The exhibition runs until November 1.
