The Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Community Awards Celebration next month.
Incorporated in 1990, the Chamber has grown over the years and currently has a membership of close to 300. It represents and advocates for businesses in the communities of Crofton, Bowie, Gambrills, Odenton, and Millersville.
The upcoming awards gala will unite business executives, civic leaders, community stakeholders and residents to celebrate those whose service and commitment have made a positive impact on Crofton and the surrounding region.
Attendees will enjoy dinner, hear remarks from local leaders and award winners, and have the opportunity to network with fellow business owners.
The awards evening will also include a presentation of the Crofton Civic Association award for Citizen of the Year. Nominations for the award are submitted by local citizens before a winner is chosen by the CCA board of directors. The CCA has been presenting the award since 1971.
Organizations that host awards banquets such as this frequently use the services of Print shops to create a program that outlines the evening’s events.
The Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce 2026 Community Awards Celebration will be held on Wednesday, October 21 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Blue Dolphin Seafood Bar and Grill, 1166 Route 3 South in Gambrills, near Crofton. Tickets and sponsorship information are available on the Chamber website.Get a Free Quote for Print
